How do I return a product?

In order to make a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was sent and provided with tags. Send an email to email indicating the nr. order, article number and reason for return. This will help us to serve you better. Within 7 days you will receive confirmation of acceptance of the return and we will activate the refund procedure in addition to the processing of any new shipment.How long do I have to return/exchange?

Returns are valid only for products purchased on our website. We cannot accept returns/exchanges of products purchased on other websites, in other points of sale or shipped from countries to which we do not ship.
